Boston - ボストン

今日はフィラデルフィアからボストンまで６時間かかるので、早起きしてボストンに向かいました。寝る時間があんまりなかった・・・。
Today, we drive for 6 hours from Philadelphia to Boston. We woke up early, didn't have much sleep.

ガソリンスタンドの中にある世界一分かりにくい女子トイレ。

Ladies toilet in petrol station. It's most difficult to find in the world.

アメリカにもブライトンとケンブリッジっていうイギリスの街の名前と同じ街があるらしい。

There are town called Brighton and Cambridge in US.

ツアーマネージャー、アーロンの怒濤の６時間半ドライブでやっとボストンに着いた！

Our tour manager Aaron drove 6 hours straight. We arrived in Boston at last!

これでライブするのが３、４回目になるパラダイスロッククラブ。また帰って来たよ。

We played in this venue "Paradise Rock Club" 3 or 4 times. We're happy to be back again.

前回か前々回来た時は、熊本で同じ大学にいたケイちゃんという友達がボストンで音楽を勉強してて、ライブに来てくれたけど、もうケイちゃんは熊本に帰ってるんだよな。

もう一回会いたかった。

I had a friend in Boston last time we played here. She is from Kumamoto - same as my home town and we were in the same University in Kumamoto. She was studying music in Boston after Uni. She's in Kumamoto now, I wanted to see her again today.

今日のハコは中くらいのサイズ。このくらいがちょうど良い。

Today's venue is medium size. I like this size of the venue.

ココのサインはいつもサイコー、夜がもっとイイ。I love this logos, specially at night.

今日は、アメリカで一番盛り上がった！すごかった。最初から最後までみんな狂ったように踊ってくれた。待っててくれたんだなーっていうのがすごく伝わって来て嬉しかった。

毎日ライブをして、移動しているとやっぱり疲れている時があるんだけど、今日もみんなとっても疲れてたけど、ステージに出た瞬間にお客さんがたくさんエナジーをくれてうちらも充電された感じ。本当に楽しかった。ありがとうボストン！

Boston rocked so hard, best audience in US so far. They were having so much fun, I could see that.

We felt they were waiting for us, we were very happy. 

We play gig every day and sometime we can't get much sleep like today. We're tired sometime but as soon as we are on stage, audience gave us so much energy, we charged by that. We had so much fun.

熱気に包まれたライブを終えて、控え室でリラックス。燃え尽きた。

Very energetic gig finished, we relax back stage. We used all our energy on stage.

今回のUK, USツアーにほぼ毎回のようにライブを見に来てくれているサイモン。

バンドの大ファン。いつも来てくれて、そしてTitanic Fandalismというファンサイトも運営してくれている有り難い人。イギリスに住んでるけど、アメリカまで今回やってきてくれました。ありがとうサイモン！

He's Pooh, his real name is Simon. He came to half of our shows in UK, and most of US tour. He flew from UK to see us in US. He runs Titanic Fandalism The Go! Team fan site, I'm appreciate it. I check my schedule on his website sometime because it's up to date all the time. Thank you Pooh! Have a safe journey back home.

Philadelphia - フィラデルフィア

今日は３時間運転してフィラデルフィアへ移動。
Today, we drive 3 hours to Philadelphia.

休憩中。天気がホントに良い！having some rest. Really sunny!

この人がアメリカでのツアーマネージャー＆運転手アーロン。常につまようじをくわえてて、どっかのおっさんみたいだけど、実は若い。

そして働き者だけど、落ち着いていて、文句も言わない、素晴らしいです。

He is a tour manager & driver in US, Aaron. He normally has tooth pick on his mouth.

He's very hard working but calm and never moan. Superb!

今日のライブハウスはTLAという所。何年か前も来た事があって、昔はFilmoreという名前だった。

Today's venue is TLA. We've been here before few years ago, name was "Filmore" before.

中は結構おっきいハコ。It's quite big venue.

ライブハウスの前の通りでシベリアンハスキーの子供を人間の赤ちゃんみたいに抱いてる人に会ったよ。かわいかった。

ライブハウスは街の中にあって、素敵な通りでした。

The venue is in middle of the town.

ライブハウスが大きくて、全部は埋まらなかったけど、楽しくライブできました。

The venue was big so it didn't fill it up but thanks for coming audience of Philadelphia!

終わった後に、サポートバンドCherrse Elephantとお話。楽しかった。

After the show, we chatted with Cherrse Elephant who supported us. We enjoyed it.

今日は次の街、ボストンまで６時間かかるから、あんまり寝れない！明日は朝早いなぁ。

We can't get much sleep tonight as next town Boston is 6 hours drive away! Early start tomorrow.

Washington D.C - ワシントンD.C

ニューヨークから５時間くらいかけて、今日はワシントンDCに来ました。
We drove about 5 hours from NY to Washington DC.

9:30という名前のライブハウス。外観を・・・・って思って撮ってみたけど・・・

The venue called 9:30. This is how it looks like.....

隣はこんな感じ。next door is....

ワシントンDCにいるのに、桜もないし、リンカーンもいない。街に行く時間もない。

We're in Washington DC but there are no cherry blossoms, there is no Lincoln, there are no time to go to the town....

でも中は素敵なライブハウスだから、オッケーとしよう。

but inside of the venue is nice and big, so it's ok.

自分が強盗だったら、絶対襲いたくない、でもかなり良い人なココのスタッフ。

I don't think he ever get mugged. He works here. He's lovely man.

実は４年前もここのライブハウスでライブをしたんです。これが2007年の10月の写真。

We played here before, it was 4 years ago. This photo is from year 2007 October.

そして、今日、４年後の2011年4月・・・間違い探し。

いろんなバージョン。different version.

サウンドチェックが終わって、エチオピアン料理を食べに行ったよ。

ライ麦みたいな味がするパンケーキみたいのに、鶏肉や牛肉を包んで手で食べる。

手で食べるのは慣れなかった、でもおいしかったぁ。初めてのエチオピアン料理。

After sound check, I went to eat Ethiopian food. You need to wrap meat with pancake. The pancake taste like rye, I wasn't sure. Eating with hand wasn't easy. but it was nice, first Ethiopian food for me.

そのメニューに”ゴメン”っていうのがあった。

There is a menu called "Gomen" - Sorry in Japanese.

今回、サポートで一緒にまわっている、Domというバンド。

The Go! Teamステージ前のお客さん。たくさん来てくれた！

Audience before The Go! Team show. There were many people!

とってもノリが良いお客さんで、楽しくライブできました。本当にこんなにたくさんの人が来てくれて、嬉しかった。まさか会場が埋まるとは思ってなかった。ありがとう！

People were smiling and dancing, they were really good audience. We were really happy that so many people turn up. I didn't think the venue fill up like this. Thank you very much Washington DC!

Tronto to NY - トロントからニューヨークへ

カナダのトロントから、ニューヨーク飛行機で移動しました。荷物がえらいある。
We flew from Tronto to New York. We've got so much luggages with us.

ちっちゃい飛行機でニューヨークのJFK空港に飛びます。

We flew on small airplane to JFK airport New York.

多分、乗客20人くらい。Probably 20 people on board. 

この後私はあまりの疲れと時差ボケにより爆睡。１時間のフライトだったけど、２分くらいに思えた。

I passed out before take off as tiredness and jet lag. I woke up when landed. Flight was 1hour, but it felt like 2 minutes for me.

ニューヨークに着いた！We arrived New York!

ニューヨークはたくさん見る所があるので、みんなで出かけたよ。

There are lots of place to go in NY, we went out together.

ご飯を食べていたら、おじちゃんが来て、ジャズは好きかい？と言って、CDウォークマンでジャズを聞かせてくれた。コレ、僕が演奏してるんだよって言ってた・・・・。

A man came to us said "Do you like Jazz?" He had CD walkman, let us listen Jazz which he claimed he is playing and recorded it.

多分、ウソだと思う。道で売ってる時点で怪しいし、”この前は日本にチャリティーに行って来た”と言っていた。そんな人が道でCD売るかなぁ？買わなかったけど。

I think he's taking begging to new level. He said "I went to Japan for charity and played there." but if he can afford to go to Japan, he doesn't have to sell it on the street?

but his American accent was amazing, just like American film and outfit was very nice.
