Best Sushi EVER! - 最高の寿司

ツアーの中３日の休みでイギリスに戻ってきました。ロンドンにも春が来ました。
We're having day off back in UK. Spring has arrived in London at last.

お休みを利用して、最近お友達がオープンした寿司屋さんに行ってきました。

I went to Sushi restaurant in High Street Kensington. My friend opened it recently.

"ヤシン"寿司！ restaurant called "YASHIN"

ココの一番の売りは寿司なんだけど、醤油をつけない、テーブルに設置してないという所です。ヘッドシェフのやっさんによると、醤油は本当の魚の味を奪ってしまうとの事。

だから、一つ一つの魚に合わせて、その本来の魚の味を引き立たせるような味の付け合わせと一緒に寿司は出て来ます。

This restaurant hasn't got soy sauce on the table, you can't find it anywhere. Head chef Yasu said, "Soy sauce take over flavor of fish, so we make different garnish on each fish to get best taste out of each fish"

凄腕シェフ、やっさん！Super chef, Yasu!

まぐろのカルパッチョ！表面を少しあぶってあって、上に乗っているポンズゼリーと食べると本当に最高。Tuna carpaccio. Grilled tuna with citrus + soy sauce jelly on top. (probably)

It's sooooo good!

そしてメインコース。シェフのおまかせ８ピースセット。

Main course. "Omakase 8 pieces Sushi". Omakase = Chief's reccomendation

一つ一つの寿司に乗っているちょっとした味つけが、魚にベストマッチで、しかも新鮮な魚でトロける！背中に羽が生えて飛んで行きそうでした。見た目も味も、本当に最高。

一つ食べると、"ワォ!"って声がいちいち出ます。本当においしい。

There are different garnish on each fish, amazingly matching with each fish! Ah! Fishes are so fresh, it melt in my mouth. I felt like I get angel wings on my back and fly away every time I eat. It's seriously good, it's amazing!  all the taste are so gentle, you can taste fish really well. My favorite was torched salmon nigiri with orange ponzu jerry. Yam!

もちろんデザートもいきまっせ。Yes I need pudding.

ホームメード抹茶アイス！Maccha icecream. Home made!

おいしー！Delicious! Very happy Kaori. 

本当にお世辞でもなんでもなく、すごいおいしいんです。ビックリです。

ロンドンにいらっしゃる方がいたら、是非足を運んでみて下さい。

I recommend to go there if you are in London. It's not only my friend but it's just amazing Sushi!

IT IS BEST SUSHI I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!! 

if you are worried about your wallet, I recommend to go there on lunch time. 

AND! you really need book the table before you go, it's sooo popular right now. It was full even lunch time.

私は音楽で人をハッピーにできるけど、やっさんはおいしい食べ物で人をハッピーにできる。いろんなハッピーをいろんな形で他の人に提供できるんだなぁ。すごいなぁ。

I make people happy with music but my friend Yasu make people happy with really good food. 

There are so many ways to make people happy......
